East Midlands House Builders Willmark Homes have been left wondering if there really is a credit crunch; after opening their Breaston development in Derbyshire to the buying public only four weeks ago they have sold over 90% of the properties.

Director of Willmark Homes Ian Jowett said. “Late last year we were expecting a real downturn in sales for 2009 and making plans to slow construction down and cut the workforce. Luckily though we are working flat out.”

Willmark Homes based in Stapleford have been building exclusive developments for over 25 years and have built a reputation for going above and beyond what you would expect when buying a new home.

All their new homes have a high specification; that include such things as an integral vacuum system; under floor heating and attic trusses as standard.

“Breaston is not our only development that have sold within the last few weeks; Long Field lane at Ilkeston a small exclusive gated development has also sold out” said Ian.
